air con delete question

im reading the guide for the air con delete and it says i need 5 - 7mm washers? is it the hole in the middle that is 7mm? i can get 6mm and 8mm no prob but 7mm is an odd size. and also how big are the actual washers, e.g penny washers?

any help would be great!

I don't know what air con delete guide you are using tbh.

m7 is a very rare size, drill out 6mm washers if desperate.

I think the guide means depth.. As in so many washers to create a spacer so the tensioner wheel sticks out far enough. If it the guide I've read anyway. Hope this helps!

Yea I believe it means 5-7mm of width not specifically using a 7mm washer

by the way the guide says to use the wrong length belt, its not a 1662 its more like a 1640

I have a belt that squeals at maximum lock....and Yes I used a 1660.........off to order a 1640 now!
