I've changed all four mounts. The top mount and upper gearbox mount are Kangoo TD items, the lower gearbox mount is from K-Tec and the dog-bone is a Powerflex.
Now when I steer left even at low speed and on shallow corners, it feels as if the right front wheel is tucking under the car, the judder is atrocious.
In terms of what I think the culprits may be:
Do any of these things sound like the problem and what would you suggest I try next?

We struggled to get the upper gearbox mount off and ended up removing the whole threaded rod. Should the nut on the top of this be really tight? It was a struggle without ripping the mount.
When I did the lower gearbox mount, as the old mount was so soft, I pulled the engine forwards before tightening.
When fitting the upper mount, I removed the weight from below the mount as it seemed like dead weight.
I still get really bad resonating/vibrating when accelerating hard as well. When I did the lower gearbox mount, as the old mount was so soft, I pulled the engine forwards before tightening.
