Almost got wiped out!

Coming home from work last night, following someone in a 306 Rallye. Id only just left work so I was taking it nice and easy until the car warmed up. Guy in front seemed to be going steady too.

Until we reached the A1 roundabout. For some reason he nailed it, and almost ran straight into the back of a Micra. He braked, lost the back end and fishtailed for about 100m, with me almost coming to a complete halt to avoid the bits of metal and bone that would have resulted from him stacking it. He just got away with it.

Definately the most random bit of driving ive seen this week...

I have no idea why he was doing 30 on the approach to the roundabout then suddenly floored it when there was a car on the roundabout!!!!

That sounds like a very random bit of driving!!! I have noticed that as soon as they see a sporty car coming up behind them they feel the urge to try and out run you.

BMWs are usually good ones, especially 316s.

lol ive noticed that aswell, most cars speed up when they see you. Quite funny really.

Definate true, I think they assume its a boy racer and automatically speed up. Funniest when they just cant shake you and lets face it the Clio Sports will keep up with most cars without breaking a sweat.

Has anyone spied the really ropey looking white 306 that drives around Epsom???

Looks shocking, got a massive spoiler must be two foot high on the roof and bright blue mud flaps. Rest of if completely standard though, including the alloys.

It was completely random! I would have thought that the guy driving would have been quite into cars as a Rallye is quite unusual, so I was surprised he did something so stupid...
