Here we go..
My original plan was to buy a 182 and upgrade the seats, suspension and wheels. But when I worked it out it was slightly cheaper to go all out and buy a Trophy.
Number 214/500
42k Miles, FSH, MOT, Tax, VERY good bodywork for the milage, Ran smoothley, and a decent price. Yesss
First mod, the tow eye:
Next, header tank
Dash strips:
I’ve since put the right decals on the steering wheel and geer knob, along with this =P
Carbon fibre exhaust surrounds:
Tried an ITG panel filter with acoustic valve remove but didn’t notice a whole of difference so I bought a used BMC CDA for fairly cheap to try it out.
Polished inlet plenum and fuel rail guard fitted with PTFE gasket.
I didn’t like the attempted sanding on the top of the plenum, so I sprayed it matt black and sanded through to show the lettering.
I also gave the cam cover and throttle body a bit of clean whilst I was at it.. was pretty s**tty beforehand.
Stickers:
Next:
Polished battery cover
OMP strut brace which I sprayed matt black. (And before your start, Its for show, I know they don’t really do anything).
^ Oh, and Hillpower strut covers, which I plan to refurb a bit.
Also put the standard filter back in (Minus the acoustic valve), although the noise of the BMC is awesome, I couldn’t help but feel that I was constantly down on power. And the torque dip at 2.5k ish was reeheeally annoying.
Also, Rear omp strut brace in anthracite, decided to leave it this colour for now because it looks quite OEM against the colour of the boot carpet. Stops the shopping rolling around a bit

Polished the aircon pipes a bit:
In progress:
-Painting my engine cover
-Alloy catch tank
-Samco bend in the post
-Full paint correction when i can be bothered
Thats all for now =]
