battery question?

i have just ordered a new battery for my 172 from tanya batteries,

i went for a varta 212x175x175 capacity 50ah 540A after ordering i noticed the recommended battery for a 172 is a varta with the capacity 44ah 440A both batteries are the same dimension but the recommended battery has a low capacity will this make a difference if i install the higher capacity battery?
