Bedding in DS3000's with HC Brembos

I've just received my Brembo HC front discs and Ferodo DS3000 front pads. I'll be doing the swap soon so wanted to know how I should bed these in most effectively, as I've only ever had cheap brake discs and pads on my cars before, and never race parts. The instructions on the pads say do something like 30 50% brake applications IIRC, but I just wanted to know if there's a method people have found to be best at bedding in new pads with new discs?

I'll be using them for a track day next month so want them to be prepared as best possible!

Just follow the instructions. I run DS3000 pads with my 4 pots good brake pads.
