Best way to fix two little niggles?

Appologies for this thread's formatting... the usability of the internet at work is severely disabled and doesn't allow anything other than basic writing! My first issue is these little bobbles around the front of the bonnet. I only noticed a bit of rust actually coming through a week or two ago, is there any treatment for this?

Secondly, the roof lining is coming up. Is it simply a case of using some kinda silicone sealant?

The rust you need to sand the paint back (or a paint shop) Remove all the rust using more sand paper or an angle grinder depending on severity apply some rust curing stuff (like an under seal to stop rust reappearing)

Then re spray.

The roof lining I would just silicone it back down so it's water tight but stuck.

I always understood the windowrubber was for cosmetic purposes only, the actual watertightness came from the windowglue/silicone
