Black, caged 182, A2/M2 Kent

Overtook me last night just before 7pm (Black phase 1 172) on the A2/M2, my girlfriend said the driver waved but i missed it lol

saw the car coming in the rear view, low with xenons, pretty sure i saw a cage in the rear as the car passed, looked smart.
