Black ph1 172 in Stockport/Bury?

This was listed a month or two ago in Bury, now it's relisted in Stockport. Anyone know much about it? Looks nice, but wondering why it's been relisted so quickly.

I actually bought a car of this guy a while back and it was alright. He always seems to be buying and selling them!

This was advertised at £1500 last month, this guy has bought it, spent £600 on the belts and is now selling for £1450? Seems odd.

It was very tidy with a strong engine so to me it looks like a bargain.

You know what I thought I recognised the reg off here! Yeah saw it for sale a couple of months ago up in Bury. The guy who's advertising it now is the guy I bought a Primera GT (don't laugh til you've at least had a go in one! £700 beast!!) off a year ago and he seems to have a love for Nissan 200SX turbos and is always tinkering with something on his drive.
I really like the look of this, reminds me of my first ph1 which was black with black wheels too.
