Bolton Midnight Rally at Snetterton, May 15th

Some pictures from yesterday's Bolton Midnight rally, the last round of the MSN Circuit Rally Championship. @EVOgone was there in his Cup car and running very well indeed, knocking about the podium places all day and generally upsetting much bigger and more powerful cars.

Yes indeed, they did have a bit of a coming together. Think the Fez was a bit slower out of that corner than the guy in the TR7 was hoping for!

We finished 5 O/A and 1st in the 2ltr class (won by over 2mins ) in the end. We were upto 3rd o/a at one point.!
It was our most competitive outing to date and mixing it on times with the Millington Protons / Escorts and beating the WRC Focus all day who are all in the top class. We also sealed 2nd overall in the Motoring News Circuit Rally championship. Also Class champions.

Will drop a thread with some incar in the next day or so.

I did wander past but you were deep in conversation, then didn't see much of you again. I had a brief chat with one of the guys spannering on your car. I really recognise him from somewhere. I'm sure he knows some people I know from rallies oop north but struggling to place him

Well done on the championship result and the drive yesterday. The little Clio really does the business against the big boys!
