Brake issue with my Cup.

The brakes on my Cup don't feel as sharp as they should, so today I booked it in for them to be checked. The fronts were fine but the backs were showing a reading of 0.

I have just been reading all the "My cup failed MOT today" threads, but the guy that checked them today had a copy of the VOSA pdf concerning the Cups.

When the hand brake was applied the reading went up to 4 on his dial and the guy doing the check said he expected the rear brakes to reach between 2 and 4. He said he'd check the valve to see if that had siezed, if that wasn't the case I'd need new calipers.

Has anyone else had a similar issue?

All pads and fluid was changed 8k ago.

i had the MOT failure on mine, my mate removed and cleaned up the caliper then it only just passed.

they say that the rears dont do much but i would want something from them!

Does anyone know what readings should be achieved from the rear brakes on the rollers?

i did have a cup fail recently and the rear calipers were genuinely siezed solid

yea id be looking at a rear brake clean up and lubricate
