Chain driven 182 engine???

Mates just had his 182 serviced and been told by mechanic that its a chain driven engine....... never heard of one but before I tell him his mechanic is crazy, am I right that they was all belt driven?

Whip the three 16mm bolts off of the cambelt cover and show him the "chain"!

All were belts.

I would not take my car to that mechanic ? He must be pulling he's chain.

God only knows..... all I know its well over replacement time, might be a cheap 182 with a snapped cambelt coming soon at this rate!

If not, mechanic is a bonafide r****d, and I wouldn't give him an Early Learning Centre car to fix, let alone my RS.
