CHANGING THE COLOUR OF MY ALLOYS

Hi all,

I am having my alloys painted by a place near me called oopsss, they can paint them any colour at all, I've been looking at swatches today and I'm sort of leaning towards a Subaru paint colour Charcoal Grey MICA 916 016, it is grey with silver flecks in it.

What colour would you guys go for?

Any Photoshoppers out there are welcome to show me there fav colours.

ANDY

but I agree with above comments - looks top as it is! but then im biased

not necessarily. depends on the colour you do them in.

as for the original post, personally i wouldnt change the colour of them, but if you do change it then i'd not get them sprayed, but get them powdercoated instead. its quicker (1day), lasts longer, is a more guaranteed finish and arguably doesnt cost anymore. if you want a specific colour you can have it done, and then powder lacquered.

Should i get them professionally done, or could i do it myself?.. basically my silver ones have been badly curbed, do i have to refurbish them first, before i spray them? or what? or sand it dwn?

Sorry my bad, they will not be sprayed but as you suggest powdercoated.
