Hi all,
A bulb blew in the headlight last night so I went off to Motabitz and because it's quite a rare fitting HB3 they didn't have much choice.
So after much debating I went for the PIAA 7500k plasma Spark Blue bulbs.
The problem is not with the colour of the bulb (very nice daylight) but it's intensity is very poor.
Is this because these bulbs are not to be fitted behind a lens and if so if I want a brighter bulb (the standard ones are pretty dim also) which is the best for brightness?
I rather like the HID type colour but if they are all this dim that would be no good.
I know PIAA are supposed to be very good so I don't understand why the output is so poor.
Please give me examples of the bulbs you have fitted in your 172 phase one so I can try them out.
