Cheers guys.

The workshop made me jealous Sam

Got the tyres swapped over and on the car yesterday, went for Hankooks v12. Initial impressions are good but to be honest anything was better than the P6000 that where on there !

Also ordered a OMP corsica wheel the other day and hopefully will fit it this weekend if the weather improves.

Im going to run it without the cowl.

So yesterday I grabbed some bolts from Sam and fitted the new Corsica wheel. Was a simple enough job but got a bit wet :( Then this morning i gave it a wash and went to Goodwood and took a few photos.

The driving position for me is now perfect. The wheel has got a decent enough dish and is close enough that it now clears my legs. Its about a foot and a half away from my chest. With that and the seat, driving the car is brilliant. Can't wait to get on track :)

Cheers.

No chance ! I found it annoying when I had the wheel I'm my RB and had to reach a bit more but with the deep dish you expect it, also I'm not using everyday.

You get used to reaching for the indicator stalks after a while. So much so when i drove the yaris after the saxo i accidently punched the dash going for the stalks. Looks good buddy, would like to sit in it now with the wheel fitted, want less dish on mine, i think its a bit too close.

I so wanted an OMP Corsica. But I think I'll get annoyed having to reach for the stalks. Does look an awesome wheel though, I love them!

Car looks clean, love those Clovers too!

And only 2 months ago :S

Only thing that's changed is the k-tec filter, but I don't see how that would reduce the power buy 10+bhp ? Have put the original air filter back in and it does seem a little more urgent through the revs but not 10bhp more !

Will let Rentec see to it and give a good service probably next week now.

Strange how it lost so much in 2 months. It certainly feels quicker than 158bhp mate.

Sam I'll race you for pink slips when mines up and running again :rasp:
