Claybar Tips

  Titanium 182 FF
Is it just as easy as it sounds: Spray a good mist of QD over a section of a panel, cup the bar in your hand and then run the bar down the paintwork with medium pressure.

Do you really have to take your time or is it quite a quick job?
Any particular direction you have to move the bar?

Takes a while, lots of lube is required and you'll only need a third of a normal bar. It shoulds just basically glide over the paintwork with the lube.

Yes Aslong as the surfcae is cleaned Very well beofre its a fairly easy job even with a not so mild clay bar , Tho i wouldnt advise a first timer to use a Agressive one,

DrRollo im guessing you used a fine/ultra fine one then? looked great.

ity is pretty quick... depending on how clean your paint is it will only take about 30-40 mins to do the whole car

I would not use medium pressure, you only need enough pressure to keep the bar on the paintwork. Use plenty of lube and ensure the clay is soft and keep giving it a knead to get a fresh side. Cut the bar into two of three pieces so if you drop it you don't have to through the whole bar away.
