Clio Cup Rear Seatbelts

Hi,

The offside rear seatbelt in my car is jammed and I'm looking for a replacement.

I've located one on ebay but the seller is asking if mine has a pre-tensioner.

I've seen some for sale that seem to have some wiring connected to the inertia reel, but my original/faulty unit doesn't seem to have anything like that connected.

Should it have something like this or did cup models come without pre-tensioners?

I'm not aware of any rear seat belts having pre-tensioners - but the cup ones definitely didn't
