Clio mk4 diesel from the Netherlands!

Whats up guys!

Thought my project would be interesting for you English lot :smile:

Okay, here we go:

The Clio started of life as a Clio Expression (1,5 DCi 90hp, 220nm)

The Expression is the mid range model in the Netherlands (Comes standard with cruise control, aircon, medianav)

Bought it second-hand as it was a companywhore before (15.000km, 0 washes in it's life)

Let's give it a full detail first!

That blue Zoe is my moms by the way..

So then, this is how it looks like all cleaned up. I took off the sideskirts to get them colour coded, RS & GT style!
01-03-2014:
Bought some second hand alloys the other day:

Coated the wheels with C.pro DLUX for optimum protection and low effort cleaning afterwards.

04-03-2014:
And here is it on the new wheels with colour coded side skirts:

With my old Twingo, which was for sale at that moment.

10-03-2014:
After that it was time for the biggest update yet, something that has not been done ever before till this day.
A GT diffusor with a GT rear muffler.

And the finished product:

REALLY happy with how it has turned out!

Remap time!

Went on bench (took quite a few hours fiddling with esp and the ecu, actually had to remove it) and the results came out marvellous!

From 83,1 whp to 112,1 whp
And 207,6 wnm to 273,2 wnm!

Some great differences there!

As for the future plans, the next step was to lower it to get some better fitment with those wheels.

Came out lovely I believe. :smile:

I have no idea really, but gut says it's a normal turbo, and yes it's fitted with all the ECO2 nonsense such as a DPF

It lowered about 40mm with ´streetmachine´ springs (never heard of it, but they do the job well)

Well, I've been looking at that, or the 200t bumper. But money wise things would've got a little bit out of hand. Always thought the front was a little empty tho!

Time for another update!

I went to the local Seat dealer ship and ordered me a Leon Cupra R front splitter!

Which fitted really well after some sawing..

That's plastidip mate! Covered the drls with plastidip as well. They look absolutely dreadful..

Now for some updates:

I've had the plastidipped bit on the front bumper for about two months, but I got irritated because of the ridged edges which meant I had to stop by a local carwrapper.

Got the front done in 3M matt black now.

With exterior sorted I got some ideas for the inside:

Took some matt white plastidip and got going:

And yesterday a package arrived which I have been thinking about ordering a long time, the Twingo 133 gear knob!
