Clio sport spotted on the dc in Bristol

Think my mate just spotted a dark blue Clio sport with a girl driving with the numberplate Eiiy or something like that on the ring road, apparently she gave it a good go but his 3000bhp white Scooby had a bit too much power lol! Anyone know whose car this was?

Slight error, unfortunately the Scoob only has about 300bhp not 3000 lol
