@Nik / @Sunglasses_Ron
I have seen alot of car events being cancelled and called off over "The Socials" from track days to full on events all due to Covid-19
My only main concern is will there be enough loo roll or would you advise bringing your own roll for the weekend ?
On a serious note, Do you see any unforeseen changes with CSF20 or the event being pulled ?
Is it possible you could reschedule the date if it comes to it rather than just canceling?.
@Nik Just looking at booking for 2 x full track days and it's only states 1 is available? Same with AM and PM sessions.
First dibs😉😂If it goes ahead I might kill the 197 on track so an extra perk of any ticket holders with a 197: cheap parts 🤣
It hasn’t moved in three years since the clutch went. It sat there, not even unlocked once, the whole time. Just used my van as a daily and forgot about it, had to dig it out the mud and until I fully pump them, I’ve possibly even lost 2 brand new AD08R’s in the process because they now look like an egg. Long story short, I’m throwing a clutch in it, sorting out a few little “sitting niggles” and I’m going to blast the tits out of it until it goes bang.First dibs😉😂
Get em warm and they should pop back into a circular shape😂It hasn’t moved in three years since the clutch went. It sat there, not even unlocked once, the whole time. It didn’t get the far in the end. It’s something I’ll possibly finish if it doesn’t go bang in the first couple of weeks 🤣Did you finish boosting it Lee?
Fingers crossed mate! For both of us, haha.Get em warm and they should pop back into a circular shape😂
Clios are built to be abused, that's the only thing they're good for😂
And you brother! Will you be at CSF2020 if it goes ahead?Fair enough mate. Be good to see you again 👍
If it’s on then yeah boyyy. You actually coming, Lee?
What vehicle will be there is another question?... 😂Booked PM track slot
Car park right out side mateWhat’s the situation at the Travelodge in Gainsborough? Says there is a car park nearby but not at the hotel itself.
Normally us scouse lads get hammered both nights but fancy a good nights sleep on the Friday for once 😂
Lovely stuff. Cheers mateCar park right out side mate
Blyton Park Corona virus measures - update 11-5-2020
Due to the UK government announcing yesterday that returning to work is actively encouraged, we at Blyton Park are pleased to announce that given we are an outdoor activity we are now re-open and available for bookings so long as the customers adhere to strict social distancing rules.
We are asking all our customers follow government guidelines on hygiene and protocol to minimise the risk of contracting the Corvid-19 virus, clearly anyone showing signs of a constant cough or high temperature should stay at home in self isolation.
We are also implementing the following measures to help reduce the risk to our staff and customers.
1, All the main buildings will remain closed for now, so all signing on and briefings will be held outside to give both more space between people and a ventilated environment. For private testing, a member of staff will drop off a clip board with the required documentation for you to fill in and leave to be collected, these will be only used once and disinfected each day. Where ever possible, we would ask that you fill in these forms electronically via email from, and back to, the circuit when the booking is taken.
2, The toilet block will remain open and available for use, but the café will remain closed.
3, The only method of payment will be credit card or bank transfer in advance, no cash or cheques will be accepted.
4, Customers MUST maintain social distancing rules whilst on site. This means parking at least 4 meters away from each other, staying at least two meters apart when not in your cars, no passengers or in car instruction unless it is a member of your household.
Anyone who doesn’t apply the social distancing rules whilst on site will be asked to leave, we are very serious about the situation and must follow the guidelines to allow the country to slowly start and operate on the road back to normal. The steps outlined above will continue to be monitored and adjusted as government policy changes.
The management and staff at Blyton Park thank you for your understanding and co-operation in our attempts to work through this difficult time for all of us, lets help each other stay safe!
Where did you copy this statement from mate? Cant find it on Blytons site.Dare I say it ? Some good news?
