IMO, it should purely be Clio clubs that are there. I thought that the v6 club were invited anyway?

I think if you start inviting too many other clubs, then it might lose a bit of the club spirit (if that makes sense). Clio197/200 would be alright, as most are on here anyway, but im guessing most people on TwingoSport arent on here and therefore no interest in the club.

Yeah V6Clio were invited because of the size of the club and the good relationship we have with them.

It would be nice to "keep it Clio" as revels just said to me.

Seriously though, I like it been a CS only event. Was great just putting names to faces and having a laugh with people without a keyboard and moniter.

I think CS only is better, big online names to sunburnt faces etc.


All the forums would just stay in their own areas, and if some people couldn't socialise at a CS only event it would be pointless imo, unless it makes sense financially. Gate receipts and all that.

Definitely as a Clio meet. Nothing wrong with other Clubs though. ClubClio first on your list? V6 and CS imo was enough.

Surely the Likes of Trophy.net et al heard about the event?

Gaydon was pretty fantastic imo. Perfect balance although pretty far south! Good carpark and actually quite a bit of grass over where we were plenty of space there for tables and chairs imo. I'm sure with more forward planning a camp site could be found local anyway. Obviously 100 people at MR Hunters isn't going to happen.

Good size. Once it gets too big it'll loose the intamicy and the social aspect not FCS wise but the bigger the area the harder it is to keep close nit.

It's not something that I'd do but some people may want to at an extra cost.

Right, my view on Tom's question, it should be just our club IMO.

What I liked about the meet is that you could walk around and talk to anyone, because you were all from the same club. I'm not really interested in walking up and talking to someone who goes "yeah, but mate, your car's s**t innit, aint even got no subs or nuffink"

The way it was, everyone sort of knew who everyone was, and if they didn't know who I was, I just banned them when they got back so they'd learn for next time

TBH most of the other smaller break away clubs about would hae heard about, like trophy.net and V6 clio were invited anyway. I imagine most of the active members on there are also going to be on here too.

Gutted I missed it, moving house on the same day FTL.

I mean people paid £5!!! That's crazy value for money and probably why the numbers were so high, even mates without Clios ect came because "it was only £5".

plus you got a free burger and sticker with that! and if you spoke to the admin crew you got your free goody bag aswell as a nice name tag (optional) and a good look at (sebs?) missus!

for me it was the whole social side of thing. it was and is always good to meet friends ive met on here but as always its good to meet new ones and have a good chat with people that you would only speak to on here in person. the rest is all a bonus tbh. if next year is anything like this one i'll be chuffed.

Whats with some of you lot moaning about people cleaning their cars though.. lol As mentioned previously by some others, its better to show off a well presented car, rather than a fly splattered dirty one. I was one of those that gave mine a quick going over, as I hadn't had time to do it before hand due to work commitments. Once that was done, I still had plenty of time to look around, chat to loads of folk I hadnt seen for ages etc.. If there's suggestion of no car cleaning, does that mean there'll be no showing off ya latest install or driving in and out of the event just to go for a spin too..?
Maybe I'll just borrow my Mums 1.4 Dynamic for CSS 2012.. that'll be nice to look at..

I think it was more aimed at a few people who spent hours cleaning their cars.
