Cooksport Springs - Fitting (Megane 225)

Hi guys,

I will be fitting my Cooksport springs and R26 shocks etc a week from now.

Having changed the springs on the Megane before, I've noticed that the Eibach's have rubber casings around the bottom few coils, as seen in the following picture:

Without sounding like a colossal idiot, is this something the Cooksport's should have too?

Is it something I can remove from the existing springs and swap over? Or are they not needed, hence the reason the Cooksport's do not come with them?

I've emailed Josh but haven't had a reply :(

Cheers guys!

EDIT: Same with the rears, should the rubber/plastic things be transferred over?

This is a generic picture from Google, but you know what I am getting at:

I have had my Cooksports fitted for well over 6 months now and have had no problems without the rubber sleeves, no strange noises or anything. They are normally fitted to stop the coils fouling against each other.
