Passed today at about 12.30-1.00 pm and the rain was so bad that you could hardly see where you were going. on the south bound carriage there was a blue mrk 2 clio that looked like it had spun into the central reservation and could have hit a motorbike as there were a couple of bikers standing round and looking underneath another one of the cars.
Some people just dont slow down in the rain and this is what happens!
