Cup spoiler brake light wiring

So got my spoiler on, all ok minus a little on the piss from getting the standard length washer feed to it but it looks fine. The problem I have is it didn't come with the brake light extension cable to fit into my standard 172 block. What have people done to wire it up? I can't see how I can get it working without the correct square block?

I've just pm'd West's to see if he can source one, otherwise im abit stuck! Thankfully my old Clio's spoiler came with one so never had this issue before

Ideas?

I just smashed the original block off mine and put the pins on (with electric tape to stop it shorting) like so:
