2nd hand ones with lights go for around 150 depending on condition. But a lot of the time they need sprayed too so really you'd be better looking for a second hand one

Well, to me it looks like that's an automotive supplier selling a brand new cup spoiler.

But if that's second hand to you then fair enough, next time I walk into a clothes shop I'll ask for discount as the shop has owned the clothes before me.
