really happy with getting it all sorted as now I commute 70 miles a day on the motorway do it definitely helps. Did you get a delivery confirmation email or anything?
Mine should be here tomorrow ready for fitting Saturday with bash racing and a fellow car friend Matty.

Only just seen this, Harry also kindly linked me up. I'd have loved to have come along but I have 3 track days in August and if I booked another one the wife would kill me.
I also have a major bid going in at work on the 12th so liable to be working that weekend as well. What an exciting life I lead...

Heh - the only reason I'd get one is as an investment, they do look kinda cool though.

Cracking dude! Really enjoying it and I recommend anyone reading this to head Adam's way for their car setting up properly.
Today was a good day...
Got an awful pic of it at my old work
but......
Put it in the car for a bit just to see how it's going to look!
I also sat in the seat in my bedroom with the harness on me for way longer than necessary.

Okay so today has been one of the best days so far in a year with regards to mods!
A massive massive thanks to @bashracing for coming over and helping me fit / doing most of the work. Seriously owe you a few now after all the help you've given me throughout the year with my problems! Such a selfless guy and as said, it's appreciated.
I removed the seats last night to ease things today and we got started at 10am. Started by fitting the subframes to the seat, I did something very stupidly and got my ratchet spanner caught in the subframe - thought it was quite funny

Then Dave adjusted the seat runners so that they fitted in the subframes perfectly

My very good friend matty also came over, he has a civic type R ep3 with quite a few mods on it and always loves doing car stuff with me so that was awesome that he came over. He doesn't read this forum but cheers dude!
He's also really muscly and pouts his bum awesomely

We then fitted the spreader plates underneath the car to allow the eyebolts to stick out to hold the side harness

Only went for a quick blast to Tesco so didn't have a decent enough straight to test it on but I don't think it was. Will properly confirm tomorrow!

No it's sorted I think Tom, Dave found that the subframe bolt was loose as f**k from the gearbox refurb Garage is a load of balls lately, making stupid mistakes.

where did you mount the inside harness dan? .. and is drilling needed for the other lap belt?

I mounted mine through the subframe and used the original mount for the outside.
Well this has come pretty far since I last came on here properly, just went through the whole lot and I'm impressed!
