Darker athracite wheels

I was looking on the 'trader site and found this artic 182 with cup packs, but the athracite wheels look darker than normal....anyone agree?

I think they look better in a slightly darker shade, especially against the artic blue.

Any ideas of how it may be possible to darken the wheels without a re-paint?

Deffo look darker than the usual cup pack wheels, I agree.

funnily enough i was browsing auto trader at lunchtime and saw a racing blue 182 and it looked as if the alloys were darker than the 182 cup pack alloys!

Look at the colour of the arctic though, looks almost monaco. I'd say its bad light.

Paint looks pretty artic to me...those wheels are definately darker than mine and I like them!

Maybe its got a big break conversion, and a lot of brake dust? lol
