Unfortunately the SWD ceramic coating dropped off just into the 4th month. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

We're working behind the scenes on a wax though currently! This in itself has been a long time coming!!

Used my new direct hoses 20m hose and reel today, totally worth every penny, makes its loads easier as I’m not constantly moving the PW and fighting the hoses and power supply. For £140 if do it again in a heat beat. Odd how something so simple can make such a big difference.

Autoglym polar blast. Anyone tried it?. I don't need anything heavy as my car doesn't get too dirty. Just something as a decent maintenance foam. Seems good value at 15 for 2.5 litres.

Any thoughts on a cordless polisher for little bits? With my current living I can't really use a corded one and there's a few small areas on the car I'd like to polish up. Looks like someone has leant on the front wing and put a few scratches in over the winter. Could probably go by hand but I feel like it'd make a shitty job very easy and probably come in handy down the line too as it should last a long time with little use.

Flex PXE 80 seems to be the one I'm eyeing up now but if there's anything as good a bit cheaper people can recommend I'm all ears.

The flex is actually really good. Definitely need to spend a few quid to get a good cordless but we have 2 flex cordless for finishing areas when we have moved the car and they are very good.

I've been using one of these, the local petrol station had them on offer at £3 a can so picked one up. Smells similar to the aftershave Creed and seems to last, as @Sidnancy says you can very quickly and easily top the smell up too, I tend to just leave it in the door pocket and spray every few days

What air fresheners do people recommend?

Ive for fed up of the California car scents now so binned that and got some poncey aftershavey smelling ones. They’re alright but expensive for what they are.

Ages ago I got a free air freshener with an order from in2detailing. I put it in the clio months ago and it’s still going strong now. Smells lovely and coconutty too.

If im being a clown with this question please tell me but is there any difference between Tar & Glue remover ?

There seems to be a lot of sellers from all over at various prices.

Is there a specific T&G that's stronger then another T&G ??

I think autosmart tardis is still regarded as the 'daddy' of G&T removers.

Personally, I find it a bit of a pain because I always forget to buy a proper resistant trigger and find it melts them when I leave it in a bottle.
