Does a 182 "recycle their oil fumes"

Hi guys,
Basic question for msa requiment for my race clio .... Do I need a catch tank basically ?
Msa blue book states cars that do not recycle their oil fumes to the induction system need a catch tank ... Mines standard, no throttle bodies so say yes mine does recycle the fumes as it has a pipe of the induction kit (ktec type) to the inlet... Am I correct ?

Your correct :smile: Breather hose goes from the cam cover to the induction kit, sends oil vapour's to the inlet to be burnt off.

You could always just splice the oil catch tank in line, providing it has two ports.

That way you are still keeping the recycling bit but have a resevoir for any oil and it won't go back into the inlet.
