Driving Experiences - Best ones???

  Monaco 172 (02)
I know this should probably go in the Track Day... forum, but not being a fully fledged member YET, it wouldn't allow me.

My g/f has promised to get me a track day experience for me Bday :D Lucky old me! But there are SOOO many I just wanted some advice on the best ones really? Ferrari experience/Porsche/Lotus etc.

Also, do they allow you to spank the cars are scoot round like a 60year old women. No offence to any 60 year old women viewing the thread! ;)

Thanks All.

I got a half day at the Land Rover Experience thrown in when I swapped the LCR for the Landy - am going down to Rockingham castle next weekend to play in the mud in a Range Rover...

Looks like a very impressive set-up (you choose which Land Rover you want and then are joined by an instructor (and a couple of guests, if you want) in the car and go play in the mud!) - and something a little different...

Will post pics and a review of the day once I've done it...

I did ferrari / rally at prestwold hall.

Would of been better over 2 days as rally started without having a break from ferrari.

Yes you get to hit the limiter as well;)

Get your car to a track it's cheaper & lots more fun.

Mine has to be doing a late night run with the Cup up in North Wales with a big crowd from the NW lot off here.
One of the best drives i've ever had.

I've also done a rally driving day which was a hoot as well.....i was quickest which i was chuffed with...must have been a fluke tho!

Driven pretty much every hot Lotus as well which not many people can say they have done.

done a rally day with my dad (ex rally driver) and it was brilliant, really explained how car control helps on the road too,got to drive 2 mk2 escorts,a fully prepped group a escort cosworth whilst being read pace notes, and he took me out in his own rwd escort cos, running on lpg which was amazing, and i managed to come 2nd on the day too yey! lost by 1 bloody second lol

all in all i love circuit racing too,so for me it would be a flip of the coin between a decent circuit day,or a decent rally experience
