Epic midnight drives ftw!

Do you ever come back in from a drive out and realise your still grinning from ear to ear?

God i love these little cars. Recently discovered a fantastic 45 mile round 'loop' that takes in some brilliant twistys, and i've just come back in from attacking it along with my mate in his megane.

Even on the greasy roads lined with leaves you can feel exactly whats going on and its just so much fun.

Only problem now is i really need to go to bed but the adrenaline is still flowing!

Bit of a pointless babble i know but i cant help myself.

Think I made a thread like this many moons ago.

Best thing about these cars, be it Valvers or 1*2's....they always refresh your love for them after a blast out. Gotta love them :approve:

Always love driving back from my mates at night,

Am a bit worried about passing police as I have done before but I'm sensible/lucky enough to be pretty legit as they go past.

LOL me and my mate were, shall we say 'pressing on', rapidly catching a single car up ahead, it was only when we got up behind it i realised it was a police land rover. Luckily we werent driving like complete c***s and he turned off soon after allowing us to crack on.

Tis amazing fun, was planning a blast tonight! I had a little go as i was coming home from the renault garage and then got to the straights and roundabout's and did a little pressing on myself:eek:

Renaultsports are the best!

you have the car for it though, valvers are so good...such fun cars to drive, the only problems with night runs are the wildlife

Bambi did make an appearance shortly after a downhill hairpin, just stood in the dead centre of the road! Thankfully it legged it into the woods as we rounded the corner.

There certainly is something special about driving a brilliant road at night you're right. I drive on a brilliant route around Wakefield which takes me through Walton and towards Barnsley, around the Newmillerdam area for those of you who are local. Brilliant narrow country lanes that are always quiet!

Drove the Buttertubs Pass in the Yorkshire Dales at night in the summer too, windows down, only me and our lass in the passenger seat, god I love the Trophy! Its on those narrow, winding roads that you are confident that nothing could keep up with it.
