Right im after an exhaust but unsure of which is best in terms of fitment, quality and noise(dont want a loud one)

I would get a Prospeed or a H+S over a Ktec or a Prima any day of the week.

if your after "fitment, quality and noise", your better off getting a custom made jobby. Then you can make it to your spec.
