I've started playing this again, not been on the 360 in months and am totally hooked now! Really is immense.

I've just found my dad and have hardly any ammo or caps, almost tempted to start again as for the first few hours of playing i had no idea what I was doing, or might just start going all 'Cookie' on people lol.

Does anyone know how to gain entrance to the German Police HQ?? There is a door but no way of opening it seems, is there a key or something? Ta

It says it is very hard entry, but I am prtty f**king high and still no luck, it's only a side mission too so can't be too impossible!

Facing the Very Hard lockpick door walk round to the left and you'll find some stairs leading to door on first floor.

I started again not so long ago, much better this time through, I'm on 11 hours and done hardly any quests, just exploring round. Such a mint game!

neither do I, don't bother with it personally, go in armoured to sh*t and cap them all I say, no need to hide.

Exactly, my sneak skill is only on about 30 plus the bobblehead, everything else is at least twice as high.

Melee and unarmed is pretty pointless too, although using the deathclaw gauntlet can be fun!

I like long range weapons, plasma rifle and reservist rifle all the way. Since being captured by Enclave Cross Palladin seems to have done a runner but Fawkes is a lot sicker and less annoying.

She has got shitload of weapons and the T51B armour though - like most women just as things start going well, she does a runner with your most prized assets! b**ch!

Playing Ancorage and it's pretty s**t so far. feels like a different game. I am only doing it for the perk you get for all the intels though and the weapons and armour.

Only played about 40 minutes so far and got 4/10 intels already though?!?

I spent hours and hours trying to get past a few (at least 6) Super Mutants to get to the Museum of Technology; just after that!

Oh right, I think you have to follow the waypoints on the map, the little circular ones. You end up going through 3/4 sets of underground stations.

I'll probably start it next week. I've read that the PC version can make you want to smash your keyboard up FPS Doug style, due to the interface being designed for the console gimps.

Arguably the most difficult destination to reach in the game? I was a good 40+ hours into it before I got to the radio station.

Thought CW was quite short tbh, and the last bit was a bit hit and miss. Quite good though, but I did think a lot (at the end) was based on luck rather than FPS skill.

Lol - that really has pissed me off a few times. I can't believe that the interface is so restrictive. They made Oblivion ffs - you could change anything TO anything with that. It just seems so illogical where keys are defaulted to as well - one key to activate/do something and then a key at the other side of the 'board to deactivate/undo something.

Crysis Warhead is immense. You're clearly gay, Dazzle. Staggering graphics maxed out at high res, and some amazing gunfights. The train section makes the Killzone 2 train level look like pacman, and the cut scenes are awesome. It is short apparently, but it's an expansion, really. I've just finished the train section and watched that epic cut scene. The Crysis series are FPS for men with hairy chests and big balls. Fact

weird start.. got out of vault and just ended up killing, stealing and dying. can i give up or does it dramatically change as so far im bored/annoyed

Hutchie, get to Megaton and start doing some side quests - it honestly does get better. I sold my Xbox copy to someone on here months and months ago becuase I thought the same thing. Got it on PC now and although only played 8hrs, loving it so far!

Yeah, don't give up. It really is an epic game but takes a few hours to get into. Think I've done about 80hrs so far but some people are 100+.

The reviews I have read support the view that initially it lacks any direction, but then picks up if you put the effort in. I'll be finding out for myself soon enough
