Think so yeah. Going to go back to a save just before I started the Pitt, then do the end of the main game and then start the Pitt, otherwise all that XP in the addon would be wasted. Shame I have already done Ancorage too, as I must have explored most the places by now, and the only side quests off my head I haven't done are Agathas Song and the one where you have to enslave 4 people. I have had enough being good though so may do this one!

I find its a lot more satisfying killing people when you get EXP. Managed to take out 3 Enclave soldiers with one shot earlier by shooting a car.

Yes there is! Plus some good new weapons and a decent new armout, the Enclave Hellfire suit.

I for one can't wait...collecting "ingots" in the Pitt can wait!

This sounds ace, but if I'm halfway though the Pitt and I download it (on a saved game where I haven't done the final main game mission) what will happen?

Can I load my Pitt saved game (please God, I can't face finding those f-ing ingots all over again) finish the Pitt and then I'm back in the Wasteland ready to pick up my Super Mutant buddy and kick ass?

Download both of the new DLCs yesterday and headed straight for The Pitt. Got six of those ingots so far, but the I'm massively helped by that auto-axe from Marco - that thing it superb. If/when I get out of the Pitt, I'll hand that to Fawkes and tell him/her/it to go into melee attack mode.

About two-thirds up on Lvl20 now, so 21 is in clear sight. I really need to up my skills on lockpick and science for the terminals as I'm absolutely dire on both. Repair and heavy weapons, however....

I think I've completed Broken Steel now, although it isn't very clear. There are a few new zones around the wasteland (pretty much in the city area from what I can see) but apart from that not much else going on (unless I'm mistaken), I'm currently trying to discover every single location, I'm on level 25 at the moment.

No more quests to do, none at all. Will have to finish levelling by killing sh*t.

On level 21, SOO good to get a perk again, although most the new ones except Almost Perfect look a bit s**t really.

Doubt I will ever make it to level 30, considering even Enclave troops are only worth about 60 exp each and you need a good few thousand exp to go up at the higher levels :dapprove:

yeah a lot of the new perks look shat, some level 30 ones look pretty good though. I'm on the verge of hitting Level 26 at the moment, I'm currently trying to make my way into Vault 87 as it says I haven't discovered it? and I need to work out how to get to Pennsylvania Avenue East also.

Do you get any more EXP for cranking up the difficulty? I haven't died for probably the last 60 hours or so and got like 500 stimpaks and loads of everything else and my armour has 46 DR now.

I liked it when Liberty Prime was KOing all the Enclave and you just follow behind picking up ammo clip after ammo clip. Nice! RIP big guy!

I had another go at this earlier on today. I needed to get through a gate of some kind. The goal is to do something at a radio station. I broke the lock trying to pick it. Now I apparently need a key. Not sure where that is, so I go back up to the outside world and stare aimlessly. A guy attacked me, so I set fire to him. Again, the flames had no effect on his actions at all.

I exited the game.
