Faulty key Clio 197

Hi guys. I have 2keys got my 197 but one has never worked wen i got it.

Dunno if it's dead or watever. Is there small batteries or what?

Also were does the key go in the car if it does go dead.

Pull the emergency key blade out of the card, here will be a single battery in there. A CR 2016 iirc.

The hole for the key card is under the radio/hazard switch.
