Car  Mazda 3 MPS
Hi guys, went up to the infamous hairpin used by top gear on the black mountain today. Made the most of the weather, here's some pics my friend took... All comments welcome :approve:

1.2 16 v expression mate. Had it for nearly four years, just waiting for the 21st birthday ykno
 
The body kit is a little busy for my liking, looks a little like skirts stuck to skirts and so on a few times. However i think if you got a 1*2 upper grill it would look a fair bit nicer
it looks good in that pic.
 
cheers mate, the bumper comes all in one, so I can't change the grill, I know what your saying tho. Thanks for the comment. At the time I did the kit i was in the phase of wanting somethink a bit max power'ish ykno :o but since then grown up a bit but still more than happy with the car :approve:
 
i quite like it however it will look better when the mesh is in to fill them god awfull holes lol

but each to there own i say. nice views in the pics mate
 
Wolfrace iirc, had them for years,could do with a refurb but hoping to sell the car on next year so may not be worth the expense. It's a great road up there, 5 mins up the road from my house, suppose I dont' appreciate how good it is living so close to such a great driver's road :rasp:

It's in SA18, I might be able to find the address for the pub at the foot of the mountain for you though, wait 2 secs

Quite like the kit to.
 
I probably wouldn't have bought that kit but it doesn't look too bad i guess, the wheels and colour carry it off nicely. Well done for thinking outside the box, its refreshing to see a modded 1.2 that isn't a bloody rep.

Cheers mate, I know it's not exactly subtle, and at the time of kitting it up I half wanted to go all out and do it flip paint, 18inch alloys blah blah... But in the end I decided to compromise and do it the way you see it now. By no means standard but could look a hell of a lot worse
