Fitted new Xenon bulbs - and found this problem too

  Blk/Gold 182 FF
Attempted this today, Bumper off job, which was a first for me!

Didnt go to bad, i found out though that the middle part of the bumper is fudged! the bit that attaches to the underside of the car is so cracked and damaged!

anyway, lucky it was just my bulb that had gone a pink dull color, the new bulb seems fine so the ignitor and ballast seem ok :approve:

over all though it was deff easier to do it with the bumper off the car! thanks to this guide! http://www.cliosport.net/forum/forum...ioSport-Guides

got the bulbs from HID direct.

gator looks cracked - isit the track rod arm or what? not sure what it is.

Its on the inner tie rod, best to get sorted as it stops crap/dust getting in the join.

Defo easier to change the bulb with the bumper off unless you have tiny hands.

nice one!

im not sure about tiny hands either! it looked like the bulb wouldn't even come out the drivers side as the AC pipes and all that are right behind the headlight lol

just hope they last as i don't fancy doing it again :p

should be ok mate they're normally good bulbs, I just upgraded my halogens for xenons and obviously don't have aircon so is a lot easy to get bulb out, I just found it easier to take bumper off and lights off at least can see what I was doing then.
