Fitting dynamique spoiler

  Jap Box
Is it just a case of unscrewing current one (non sport standard) and screwing the other one in, along with re-wiring the brake light.

Or will I need some sealant?

Also, the rear washer line, how do I go about connecting this back up, as id have to chop the line wouldnt I?

Thanks

Its very simple, as you say, unscrew current one, unplug brake light and washer hose, plug them into new spoiler, screw new spoiler into place, job done.

Where abouts in S.Wales are you? I am probably coming down that way this weekend and could maybe drop in and give you a hand.

Theres two screws at each side and two in the centre, unscrew these and it just clips off, unclip the brakelight wire and the washer jet just pulls off, then they just need repositioned onto the new spoiler, clip the brake light wire on first, then the washer jet pipe and place it on the car, give it a wack near the centre so it clips in again then just screw it up again.

Dead easy and takes 5 minutes maximum. Don't need to cut anything

Ohh thanks, just thought it would need cutting as the dynamique one has the wires and hose cut so wasnt sure if they unplug.

Work every weekend so I most likely wont be around :( Carmarthen, South west it is.

Thanks, as thought :)

As above its piss easy. Just be carefull you dont roll it whilst doing it though..... ;)

Good :) ha ha, thanks. Just getting the car to look nicer now, put colour coded mirrors on today which was a b**ch as all the screws were different socket sizes for some reason :S

Just need the paint to get the strips and bumpers coded and it will be nice :)

I will lietrally be driving through Carmarthern on Satuday. lol

Working 9-6 in the ever so great Poundland on Saturdays :(

Will get around to fitting it myself in few mins, just waiting to see if the rain dies down. Figured out how to unclip the light and washer hose now anyway so it looks to be simple.

Thanks though

All fitted fine :) havent checked brake light yet but its plugged in so should theoretically be working :)

theduck, I actually have this weekend off work! Just realised I had it booked as a holiday, do you think you would be able to help in fitting dual optics? got all the required bits here apart from the wiring as im clueless about whats needed and halfords was about as much help as a dried up orange.

Id be willing to give you some £'s for your time if you like?

And I would suggest going out later on when its a bit darker and check the brake light, reverse against a wall or something.

When I fitted mine, although it was plugged in, it didn't work but just unscrewed the spoiler, gave it a little twist and screwed it back down and it worked again

Did have a look at that guide but I got lost when it was talking about split lock connectors etc, think I got the right things but im not 100% :S

Yeah ill check the brake light later on, atleast my washer jet works now though :)
