Fitting front strut brace to 172

There wil probably be a few people wanting info on this with the OMP braces that YBparts has been floggin

With this brace you get 4 self tapping bolts to secure it to the strut top. What Im wanting to know is weather its simply a case of drilling two holes in the relevant places or if you have to jack the car up and loosen off the strut first. Is there anything immediately underneath the strut that may be damaged by either the drill or the bolts?

Hmmm... I aint keen on drilling holes in my car!!!

On other cars Ive had the strutbrace uses existing bolts/holes...
