Nice
When's the next track day then ?
Looks so much better with the anthracite 2118's
I feel a TAR mechanic's day coming on
Oooooooo Cams
You've definitely had some use out of it, a very wise decision to move on and you'll even get a fair bit of buck back splitting !
Any plans for the next track monster ?

Well after this today. I will more than likely be breaking the clio, it's needs about 1.5-2k spending on it, and I think it's now time to move on to something else. :dapprove:

Yes mate. It's had a hard life, now on 139,300.
More than likely a R26.R or Clio trophy.
I think that's a bit of an overreaction, it's always needed the belts doing this year so nothing has changed.
You don't want an R26.r
The decision isn't really due to what happen today. It's more to do with that it's going to cost me a lot of money to get it where I want it cams ,roll cage etc. and the way MOT's are going I can't see it passing come December.
A R26.R with stage 2 should keep me happy enough
Fair enough still think it's wrong to break it, you don't need to do all that.
Only Stage 2 though
Ohh what ya brought now Tim?
Fletch dont get rid of it cage wont be that expensive
Are you going to goodwood tomorrow mate?

all i have to drive is my van atm as the cup is in Liverpool and the skyline is off the road too
Good stuff, finally having the 6 speed conversion done then matey?
Bring the work van?
Yeah done the 8 hour drive today so it shall be done soonish i hope. then just got to fit my nitrous and then abuse it.
I may pop along if i can actually get out of bed.
just but the r26r and even "IF" Tim can catch you on track you can play the "its standard card"
It's going to be such a weapon that cup
Lol..
Yeah i hope so just got to learn to drive it now
how you gettin to Goodwood as i have to drop the car trailer off in the morning in nettly abbey
Either Tim's picking me up, or I'll be in furby mate.
what time are you guys meeting
Either
Lucky the belt didn't go mate ! Will be a shame to see it broken, but the parts will got to a good home

if this happens i want need that seat plus coilovers maybe the brakes so anything else you can have :rasp:
Maybe... But put yourself in my shoes. What would you do?
R26.R has better BHP per ton than your heavy bus :rasp:
Lol. At least I know the parts will go to a good homes- cars guys!
I'd keep it as it's not a daily driver and you're lucky enough to have room. It's also the cheapest option for a track car from what you listed as it's either £1.5k for cams, £6k+ for a Trophy or £15k for an R26.r.
First dibs on car as a whole.
