That downhill section at 1.18 looks amazing with the water on one side and the mountains (not just a flat background) on the other. This really is looking better and better even off screen vids. I said to Christopher the other night I would be happy with a few improvements but this looks like the game 3 would have been if they didn't rush it out for the GT5 release...FM3 = GT5 Prologue imo

Another couple of things I noticed in that last video is that they've got the lighting on the car sorted through tunnels in respect to shadows etc. Also you can see the driver working the wheel through the rear screen, don't recall noticing that on Forza 3 although I'm sure Christopher "chase view" Turner can confirm as I personally only ever drove cockpit view.

Did anyone notice the trees swaying in the wind on the earlier videos?

Hope so. The best thing about Kaido was the fact you could have just as much fun (if not more) in a boggo hatch as you could in a ridiculously modified drift car. Spa would be f**king ace!

I imagine to DLC will be turned up a notch or too, also. DG said they'd be turning out one DLC per month. If that's anything to go by, plus what happened with F3, we should get the first DLC in November! :approve:

Re: the DLC. Am I the only one that feels slightly robbed by it? I mean, announcing it before the game is even released? Unless it's a car that's gone into production after the release of the game, I think it's a bit cheeky tbh. The DLC car's are obviouly already developed, just include them in the game in the first place?

I know what you mean and in fairness that doesn't just go for Japanese metal, there are some glaring omissions when it comes to classic hot hatches and european cars too. The american tanks they can keep, lol.

No car list yet, no date on a demo going up on XBL yet either. I'd expect weekly pitpass updates on their forum with smaller stuff and drip feeding us the car list as for big announcements on tracks/features they'll most likely get revealed at TGS.
