I can see what DK is saying but I also understand your point. £1 billion turnover is to much to be ignored. Games business model clearly doesn't work. They'll be bought up and stripped down by another competitor with a better model. The assets will be stripped and they'll try to keep as much revenue as possible losing the loss making units.

£1billion is a lot. But 1% of that would be £10million. To not be able to make even to make 1% is awful.
They must have been able to see this coming. The fact that a fair few people in this thread have said that there is multiple stores so close is clearly a big problem. Close all of those and sort the online prices vs shop prices and they'd do a lot better.
