good old k-tec!!

I bought my Gaz coilovers from K-Tech and never had any problems with them, then sold them on to Si aka CUPCAKE who did have a leaking rear shocker. Like he said, David was more then willing to send him a replacement.

David is the man to speak to regarding this, no-one else.

I have never had any issues from any of the tuners on this site, be it GDi, BBPT or K-Tech.

yeah as i said before i cant praise k-tec enough, soon as i rung then up, they sent out two replacements, as i wanted a new pair of rears, paid postage both ways. K-tec are fine, just the gaz units are suspect in my experiance, so gettin rid

ktec cant help it if the manufacturer didnt put the shock together properly,ktec are just the dealers NOT the manufacturer!

im well aware of that but they have taken faith in a product from a specific supplyer and it broke.the customer comes first and then they sort if out with the deler. not the other way around.

You work in retail, you must know it doesnt always work like that.

i kow what your saying day but when its a very important part like a shock then i need it straight away. without my car bein of the rd for amonth. you know what i mean. andi defo dont want a brocken shock fixed and put bk on the car. no chance

yea k-tec have been great (david) no problems there atall. gettig them replaced or fixed with a free car for the time mine is away. cant ask formuch more
