got free tickets for warranty work

My car had to go in a few weeks ago for some warranty work, (the electric window was going up and then came out and got jammed!!!!). It turned out to be a fault clip on the window and the regulator consequently broke.

This morning 2 free tickets arrived in an envelope for the british touring car championship along with just a compliments slip from Renault.

Talk about unexpected. Has anyone ever heard of Renault doing this before?
