harnesses for 172 mk2 or cup

My previous track car had full 3 point racing harnesses in it , when taking the cup on track with the standard seats and seat belts you get thrown around alot. Bad back ache the next day. i want to fit harnesses to the cup , does any one already have any fitted , what happens to the pre tensioners and do you use them permanantly or can you use both. Dont know if this has been discussed but havnt seen any postings. any info much appreceited

if you crash with hanesses and no roll cage it could fuk you up even more than a normal seatbelt you shouldnt use them without a cage really
