Help On cleaning/recondition Cam followers

Hi just in middle of rebuilding my engine and some of the cam followers are playing up someone said there is way to clean em up cheaply and effectivley.

anyone know link to a guide or could advise?

There slightly stiff thats all

its for a Clio 1.8 16v F7P - m reg 1995

so far there soaking in oil looking pretty lol

wood block, tap them hard and the centre will fall out.

Clean the lifter, then use something pokey to push the ball bearing valve and release the pressure, then clean.

Reassemble
