How does this part come off???

The black plastic warer pump pipe that goes through the side of the engine block and into the water pump...

I need it off as im painting the front of the engine block with VHT wrinkle finish as in time its gradualy gone rusty colour...

Also I have removed the bolt that holds it to the engine block and tried wigling it but it wont budge...

Does not matter i have done it it twistes and pulls out... Bit of thinking and job done
