It's a 2001 Y 1.2 Dynamique, silver (gris boreal or whatever)

55k miles
Full service history, last service was last month
MOT in July
Taxed till 28 February 2009

Done the thing on Auto Trader and came up with:
Private £2755
Part ex £2395

This sound about right?

depends really, if you're really wanting to push it, try 2.8k, but at minimum, about 2.2k, thats my opinion

id say go for 2.8k, there arnt many about that are cheaper than that with 55k
