Hey guys,
So me and my step dad have just fitted a new engine in my 02 Clio 1.4 16v and haven't a clue how to get the aux belt back on. All the pictures we have found don't seem to apply to my engine for some reason.
The main problem we have is that we have fitted the alternator and coolant block back on but there seem to be too much slack on the belt.
On another note, when we dropped the engine back in - like a tit I forgot to pull the exhaust back as I focused on moving the wires and pipes and it cracked a little as the base as it curves under the car. Can this be welded?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
