inlet fiting problem heeeelp

hi im in the midle of taking my inlets of and cant get the botom part of iv taken all the bols out but still it wont budge plz could somone tell me how you loosen it up as my car is now in bits and its my daily drive thanx dan

If you have really all bolts from the lower inlet (there's one on the left hand side aswell...you cannot see it from the from of the inlet) you can wiggle it loose.

If it's gone to a stealer then you'd better be prepered for a shock and take the lube along for good measure as well as welll!

Really easy to do this. Very suprised you got half way then packed it in :S

Bolts along the bottom, one to the side, pop the injector rail off job done.

Only problem area is the side one where you have to take the engine mount off and raise the engine, (some can do it without taking the mount off, freaky small hands lol)

As Andyman said...probably will book for an hour or 2. I managed the complete exchange in about 4-5 hours...and I am not a grease monkey. However I managed to get the thing sorted.

I guess the bolt from the side is still in.

Transport costs will be calculated as well I think.

^^ Just need a long bar if its stiff. I'm sure someone on here local to you wouldve done it for some beer tokens. I think your looking at the best part of £200 from a dealer

s**t you recon itle be tha much yea? atleast iv got sum garaty with the work en i was gona just put standard ones back on and save the hasle but if theyre gona charge me tha much en il drop of the awt ones to em and they can fit them. and they do lok ausum thyre these ones

Definately get the AW ones put on otherwise it'll just be a waste of money. You got any ideas of cost yet?

Chances are you probably missed one fella. It should just slide out.
